Loisir Expert Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

*Fran\u00e7ais ci-dessous*

* Each product data sheet clearly states what is included in and excluded from the price. Please refer to the description of each tour to see there what it includes. All that is not listed therein is considered an extra, for which the buyer or buyers will pay themselves.

* Activities are not systematically cancelled in case of rain. Please contact Loisir Expert to reconfirm if you’d like to get more information. Loisir Expert is the only who can decide if the activity is cancelled or not. If cancelled by Loisir Expert for any reason, should the buyer not be able to attend a later excursion or activity, the buyer is entitled to a full refund.

* Buyers must provide all details relevant to their excursions : exact date, number of people, personal phone number and place of accommodation. Loisir Expert cannot in any way be held liable if the buyer or buyer do not provide all required information.

* By purchasing an activity or any other products, the buyer acknowledges that all participants are in good enough physical condition to participate in the excursion or product they have purchased. By registering for an excursion or an activity, the participant declares himself or herself to be fit enough to participate in the chosen activity. It is the responsibility of the participant to assess his own physical condition and to judge whether the chosen activity is appropriate for him or her. If the participant still believes himself or herself fit for the activity and supervisory staff subsequently consider that the participant can not take part in the event or excursion, no refund will be made.

* Loisir Expert asks all its customers to ensure they hold comprehensive travel insurance (medical expenses, repatriation expenses, theft and loss of baggage, etc…) for the extent of their stay in Morocco. Loisir Expert holds a civil liability policy covering its professional responsibilities.

* Anyone participating in the activities of Loisir Expert is aware of the risks thereof and takes full responsibility for his or her acts. Loisir Expert cannot be held responsible in case of accidents.

* Anyone going for an activity with Loisir Expert agrees to comply with all safety instructions by the supervisory staff designated for the excursions (before and during the trip), lest the excursion be interrupted without refund.
* Each client participating in the activities of Loisir Expert is responsible for their personal belongings. Loisir Expert cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings.

*CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Cancellation fees \/ For a booking of 9 people or less :
No cancellation fee if the bookinmg is canceled at least 24 hours before departure time.

Cancellation fees \/ For a booking of 10 people or more:
If between 3 days before departure : 50% cancellation fee.
If between 1 days and departure time : The total price is due.

If your booking is for less than 9 people, you can amend your booking until 24 hours before your trip starts, without extra fee, if we have the availability. If less than 24-hour notice, there will be a 50% modification fee. If you have a booking for 9 peoples or more and you\u2019d like to amend the date of your tour, please contact our office.

* Chaque fiche produit indique clairement ce qui est inclus et exclus du prix. Veuillez-vous reporter \u00e0 la description de chaque activit\u00e9 pour voir ce qu\u2019elle comprend. Tout ce qui n’y est pas mentionn\u00e9 est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un extra, qui sera \u00e0 r\u00e9gler par la suite, directement par le client.

* Les activit\u00e9s ne sont pas syst\u00e9matiquement annul\u00e9es en cas de pluie. Veuillez contacter Loisir Expert pour confirmer si vous souhaitez obtenir plus d’informations. Loisir Expert est le seul \u00e0 pouvoir d\u00e9cider si l\u2019activit\u00e9 est annul\u00e9e ou non. Si l’activit\u00e9 est annul\u00e9e par Loisir Expert et si l’acheteur ne peut pas participer \u00e0 une session ult\u00e9rieure ou \u00e0 une autre activit\u00e9, il aura droit \u00e0 un remboursement int\u00e9gral.

* Les acheteurs doivent fournir tous les d\u00e9tails pertinents \u00e0 leur activit\u00e9 : date exacte, nombre de personnes, num\u00e9ro de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone personnel et lieu d’h\u00e9bergement. Loisir Expert ne peut en aucun cas \u00eatre tenu responsable si l’acheteur ou l’acheteur ne fournit pas toutes les informations requises.

* En achetant une activit\u00e9 ou tout autre produit, l’acheteur reconna\u00eet que tous les participants sont en assez bonne condition physique pour participer \u00e0 l’activit\u00e9 qu’ils ont achet\u00e9e. En s’inscrivant \u00e0 une sortie ou \u00e0 une activit\u00e9, le participant se d\u00e9clare suffisamment en forme pour participer \u00e0 l’activit\u00e9 choisie. Il incombe au participant d\u2019\u00e9valuer sa propre condition physique et de juger si l\u2019activit\u00e9 choisie lui convient. Si le participant se croit toujours apte \u00e0 l’activit\u00e9 et que le personnel de supervision consid\u00e8re par la suite que le participant ne peut pas participer \u00e0 l’\u00e9v\u00e9nement ou \u00e0 l’activit\u00e9, aucun remboursement ne sera effectu\u00e9.

* Loisir Expert demande \u00e0 tous ses clients de souscrire une assurance voyage compl\u00e8te (frais m\u00e9dicaux, frais de rapatriement, vol et perte de bagages, etc.) pour toute la dur\u00e9e de leur s\u00e9jour au Maroc. Loisir Expert est titulaire d’une police de responsabilit\u00e9 civile couvrant ses responsabilit\u00e9s professionnelles.

* Toute personne participant aux activit\u00e9s de Loisir Expert est consciente des risques et assume l’enti\u00e8re responsabilit\u00e9 de ses actes. Loisir Expert ne peut \u00eatre tenu responsable en cas d’accident.

* Quiconque s’inscrivant \u00e0 une activit\u00e9 avec Loisir Expert accepte de respecter toutes les consignes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du personnel de surveillance d\u00e9sign\u00e9 pour les activit\u00e9s (avant et pendant le voyage), de peur que l’activit\u00e9 soit interrompue sans remboursement.

* Chaque client participant aux activit\u00e9s de Loisir Expert est responsable de ses effets personnels. Loisir Expert ne peut \u00eatre tenu responsable de la perte ou du vol de biens personnels.

*CONDITIONS D’ANNULATION
Frais d\u2019annulation \/ R\u00e9servation de 9 personnes et moins :
Aucun frais d\u2019annulation si annul\u00e9 au moins 24 heures avant l\u2019heure de d\u00e9part.

Frais d\u2019annulation \/ R\u00e9servation de 10 personnes et plus.
Annulation entre 3 et 5 jours avant le d\u00e9part : 50% de frais d\u2019annulation
Annulation 2 jours ou moins avant le d\u00e9part : La totalit\u00e9 est due.

Pour une simple modification de date (pour 9 personnes et moins), cela est possible, sous r\u00e9serve de disponibilit\u00e9.
